# Account Deletion Policy

Qonooz users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting us at [care@qonooz.com](mailto:care@qonooz.com).

Please email us from the email address linked to your Qonooz account and include: “Delete my Qonooz account” in the subject.

When an account deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize account profile data such as name, email, phone number, saved address, and account login data.

Some order, payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, support, and legal records may be retained where required by law or business compliance obligations. These retained records are not used for marketing.

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
