# Account Usage Policy

Qonooz reserves the right to monitor and regulate account activity to ensure fair use.

Customers must not:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Abuse return or refund policies
- Engage in fraudulent transactions
- Submit repeated unjustified complaints or disputes

### **2. Blacklisting**

Qonooz reserves the right to:

- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Restrict or permanently block accounts

This applies to customers who:

- Abuse policies
- Initiate unjustified chargebacks
- Exhibit suspicious or harmful behavior

### **3. Order Refusal**

We may refuse or cancel any order without prior notice if:

- Risk is identified
- Policy abuse is suspected
- Operational issues arise
