Cancellation Window** Orders may be canceled within **4 hours of placement** for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests may still be submitted but will be **subject to review depending on the order status**. Submission of a cancellation request does **not guarantee approval**. --- ### **2. Processing & Allocation** Orders are processed promptly, and stock may be allocated shortly after confirmation. Once an order has entered **processing or dispatch preparation**, cancellation may not be possible or may incur applicable charges. --- ### **3. Shipping & Dispatch** If an order has already been **dispatched or shipping arrangements have been confirmed**, cancellation will not be possible. Such orders will be treated under the **return policy once delivered**. --- ### **4. Imported & Special Orders** Items sourced through special procurement or international supply channels: - May only be canceled within the initial cancellation window - Once processing begins, these orders are **non-cancellable** due to supplier commitments --- ### **5. Failed Delivery / Unreachable Customer** If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or non-responsiveness, the order may be canceled and treated as a return. Applicable delivery and return charges may be deducted. --- ### **10. Order Modifications** Once an order is placed, modifications (including item, quantity, or address changes) are not guaranteed and are subject to order status. --- ### **11. Delivery Timelines** By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond Qonooz’s control. --- ### **12. Communication** Customers are expected to respond to order-related or delivery communications in a timely manner to avoid delays or cancellation. --- ### **13. Split Shipments** Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability and logistics arrangements.
