Vendors are independent sellers who offer a variety of products and goods. The steps to place an order with a vendor are the same as placing any other order at Qonooz.com. Qonooz will pass your payment to the Seller but never pass along your payment information.
You should never send payment to a vendor except through Qonooz. You should regard any request to make a payment outside of Qonooz (e.g. Moneygram, Western Union, bank transfer) as fraudulent and Contact Us to report the vendor.
Vendors handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them. As Qonooz.com isn’t directly involved in the completion of sales arranged with Vendors, you’ll need to contact the Vendor directly for the following issues through Qonooz.com:
- To ask about an item they have for sale at Qonooz.com.
- To find out when your order will be shipped and when it should be delivered.
- If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date.
- If an item you received arrived damaged or becomes defective within 15 days.
- If the item you received isn’t the same as the item listing.
If a dispute arises between you and a Vendor, and you can’t reach an agreement with them, you may be able to file an Qonooz.com O’s Guarantee Refund. For more information, go to O’s Guarantee Protection.
Note: Vendors work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. While an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require Vendors to keep these to a minimum.
