# Pickup/Collection Policy

Qonooz operates primarily as an online store. Pickup is limited and subject to the following terms:

### **1. Availability of Pickup**

- Pickup is available **only for selected items**
- Not all products are eligible for collection
- Availability must be confirmed **before visiting**

### **2. Appointment Requirement**

- Pickup is strictly **by prior confirmation/appointment**
- Walk-in collection without confirmation is not guaranteed

---

### **3. Order Status Requirement**

- Only **fully confirmed and ready orders** can be collected
- Customers must wait for confirmation that the order is ready

---

### **4. Payment Requirement**

- Full payment must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for pickup orders

---

### **5. Collection Timeline**

- Orders must be collected within the agreed timeframe
- Failure to collect may result in:
  - Order cancellation
  - Applicable cancellation or restocking charges

### **6. Identification Requirement**

- Customers may be required to present:
  - Order confirmation
  - Valid identification

---

### **7. Inspection at Pickup**

- Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of collection
- Once collected, the item is considered accepted in good condition

### **8. Liability After Collection**

- Qonooz is not responsible for:
  - Damage after collection
  - Improper handling or transport by the customer

### **9. Location Disclosure**

- Pickup location details are shared **only after order confirmation**
- This is to ensure operational efficiency and security
