Qonooz Seller Fees
This Service Annex incorporates and is governed by the Seller Terms and Conditions. The combination of the Seller Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Service Annex shall together constitute the contract between the parties.
Sale Closing Fee (SCF):
For all orders, we shall charge the below closing fee per sold product.

RTV Fees:
The RTV Delivery fees are exclusive of VAT, and are applied for all orders that is returned to vendor as per vendor’s fault or request. This rate is applied per attempt & per item.
- Sort items: Within 30 CM and weight less than 25KG.
- Non-Sort: Weight greater than 25 KG and any side of the product greater than 30 CM

Fulfillment By Qonooz (FBQ):
The Fulfillment by Qonooz (FBQ) fee is a flat fee at 4 AED per unit regardless of the weight of the item. You may also incur in addition Storage fees and long term storage fees in FBQ.

FBQ Monthly Inventory Storage fee (MISF):
Storage fees are charged for all units stored in Qonooz fulfilment center based on calendar month and your daily average volume (measured in cubic feet). The cubic feet of any unit will be based on the unit’s size as properly packaged and ready for dispatch to customers in accordance with the FBQ Program Policies. Qonooz will be entitled to make its own measurement of the cubic feet or weight of any packaged unit or representative sample thereof and in the event of any conflict between such measurement and information provided by the seller, Qonooz’s measurement will govern.
Inventory Storage fees are charged on a monthly basis and are typically charged during any payment cycle & the cost per cubic feet is 2 AED.

Calculating cubic feet from centimeters:
- Multiply length x width x height in centimeters to get the volume
- Divide the volume by 28,316.84 cubic centimeters (30.48 cm x 30.48 cm x 30.48 cm = 28,316.84), which is the equivalent of 1 cubic foot.
Example: A unit measuring 47 cm x 12 cm x 10 cm divided by 28,316.84 = 0.199 cu. ft.
FBQ long-term storage fees:
On the the first of each month, Fulfillment by Qonooz (FBQ) conducts an inventory cleanup. On this date, inventory that has been in Qonooz fulfillment centers for more than 365 days incur a long-term storage fee of 20 AED per cubic foot.
All sellable inventory units that have been in Qonooz Fulfillment Centers for over twelve months are eligible for monthly LTSF charges. Following are the LTSF rates*:

Prior to the assessment date, you can attempt to sell or remove the units that will be eligible for LTSF to avoid being charged LTSF.
