MEASURING PATENT SAFETY

Measuring Patient Safety prepares nurses for participating in and leading multidisciplinary safety initiatives. Improving patient safety requires nurses to assume leadership roles in measuring and improving the structures, processes, and patient outcomes in the clinical setting.
