How to use Panadol Advance? For oral administration only. Adults (including with elderly) and children aged 12 years and over: – 2 tablets up to 4 times daily. – Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. – Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Children aged 6-12 years: – Take half to one tablet (250mg-500mg), three to four times a day (24 hours) as needed. – Don’t take more often than every 4 hours. – Don’t take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours. – Don’t take more than 3 days without medical advice. Children under 6 years old: – Not recommended for children under 6 years old.
