Below is the guidelines for all international orders.

For All International Cross-Border orders, we require customers to contact us by email to care@qonooz.com with the following details.

1- First & Last Name
2- Full Delivery Address
3- Email Address
4- Phone Number (Including Country Code)
5- URL of the Product that your are looking for.

Once the information is received, we will be issuing an Insertion Order (IO) to your email address with your order details & instructions on how to proceed for payment.

Please note that Cash on Delivery payments is not available for International Cross-Border Orders.
