2. Perilla seeds are also known as red perilla, red perilla, black perilla, red perilla, wrinkled perilla, and can be used for steaming rice, grilling, meat rolls, salads, and making tea.
3. Characteristics: Annual herb, about 1 meter tall, with a unique aroma, quadrangular stems, many branches, opposite leaves, long petioles, elliptical or broadly ovate leaves, purple on the back.
