The headphones feel high-quality and have a bit of weight to them. They are comfortable and fit really well. The connection to the smartphone was super easy and the headphones were found immediately. The sound quality is absolutely okay for the price and for what you hold in your hands. LDAC was also detected and I was able to activate it without any problems. There’s definitely better sound quality out there, but you always have to keep in mind what it cost you, and for that, as already mentioned, it’s perfectly fine.

PROS: Absolutely spectacular sound for headphones at this price. Very comfortable to use with the two “vintage” wheels (no absurd touch controls or cumbersome buttons). It weighs very little, so they can be used for a long time without causing fatigue. Great addition of the LDAC codec for those who prefer FLAC to MP3.
CONS: the USB-C port is for charging only, so they cannot be connected as headphones to any device via USB Audio. As I assume they will be a successful model, they will correct this aspect in the second version.
The Fiio Control app is crappy.

The sound quality is excellent, and even when listening at LDAC 990kbps, there are no major interruptions and it sounds great. The tension is not too tight, but not so weak that it comes off when you lie down or shake your head from side to side; it’s just the right amount of tension. The sound has a decent V-shaped feel, the bass is well heard, and the sense of space is better than expected, making it a quite well-made headphone among this type of headphones.
