Description
This portable, wireless and intelligent home appliance combines the functionality of a maintenance-free vacuum cleaner and mop in one, making them a great helper for cleaning up. The new model has all the advantages of its predecessor from the S5 series, enriched with many innovations that make cleaning even easier and more effective. Thanks to the dual functionality, the Roborock S6 will simultaneously vacuum and wash the floor.
Vacuum cleaner and mop in one
Thanks to built-in sensors and bionic tank, the device dispenses the right amount of water during mopping to ensure even more effective cleaning. It is made of soft, thick bristles (230% denser than in the S5 series) by DuPont, known so far mainly from toothbrushes, manufactured for the world’s largest brands. The five-pointed horn brush made of rubber, along with a turbo brush, makes cleaning even more effective and at the same time gentler for floors.
For greater efficiency, the Roborock S6 is equipped with a special water tank, designed to be easy to use and assemble. The water from the tank moistens the microfiber material, and thanks to the bionic filters, it controls the amount of water used. The water container has an innovation in the form of a switch that allows you to change the water flow, adjusting the intensity of the mopping depending on the preferences of the user, as well as the cleaned surfaces.
The mop is equipped with two reusable microfibre overlays and 10 disposable overlays.
An even better cleaning algorithm
Thanks to specially created algorithms that calculate the fastest and most effective way of cleaning any room, Roborock S6 will quickly and efficiently clean up the surface. The S6 model is equipped with a Z-shaped cleaning algorithm, which distinguishes it from the competition, cleaning it much more accurately in a shorter time.
Exceptional suction power
The suction power of 2000 Pa guarantees high efficiency in collecting dirt. The tornado system coordinates the side and turbo nozzle, ensuring thorough cleaning of the floor. The vacuum cleaner can easily recognize the carpet by adjusting the suction power to the surface being cleaned.
Modern navigation technology
Robrorock S6, uses for navigation the most advanced technology laser distance measurement (Laser Distance System), allowing the monitoring of the environment (360 degrees) and the creation of interior maps, using the SLAM algorithm. Thanks to this vacuum cleaner is extremely effective and accurate. The laser has been additionally equipped with a bumper system, reducing the risk of its damage in the case of contact with furniture.
Remote control using the application
Dedicated application Xiaomi Home, available in Polish, has been improved, so you will not only be able to see the map of your apartment or set a cleaning schedule, but also:
- create virtual walls,
- start cleaning the set zone,
- automatically divide the apartment into individual rooms and clean only selected rooms,
- determine the area in which the robot will work,
- save several different maps, e.g. for different floors of a house or a few flats.
Sensors that guarantee the safety of the robot and your home
To ensure safety and effective cleaning of the surface, the device has up to 14 built-in sensors that allow to prevent falls, surface recognition, differentiate obstacle heights and avoiding traps.
The improved sensor system and the soft casing of the robot housing help to protect against collisions with existing furniture or other objects. 4 edge sensors help to avoid falling, and an additional wall sensor keeps the cleaning device at a distance of 10 mm from the wall. If the robot is raised, the sensor that automatically switches off the device will be activated.
The latest model S6 can overcome obstacles up to 2 cm in height, thanks to which there are no problems with vacuuming carpets or overcoming thresholds.
Protection against hair
The special design of the main brush, side brush and wheels prevents hair from entering the device. This solution protects the vacuum cleaner’s engine and prevents overheating.
Powerful battery, efficient HEPA filter
Roborock S6 is up to 50% quieter than its predecessor, thanks to which its work is even less noticeable, and the vacuum cleaner can clean at different times of the day or night without disturbing household members in their daily activities.
EEP class HEPA filter with waterproof Teflon coating provides up to 95% filtration efficiency even after one year of use.
Strong battery-ion, with a capacity of 5200 mAh, allows the robot up to 3 hours of continuous operation, which translates into the cleaning of up to 250 m² of flat.
Improved docking station
Protection against overcurrent or short-circuit guarantees high safety and longer lifetime of the vacuum cleaner
The robot battery level sensor monitors the state of the vacuum cleaner. Thanks to this, if necessary, using the infrared navigation, the device returns and docking to the station itself, starting the process of charging the battery. After charging, it automatically returns to the interrupted cleaning process.
The improved station of the S6 model allows you to hide the power cord inside it, which not only improves the safety, but also the aesthetics of the whole set. The set also includes a mop pad to prevent the floor from getting wet while charging.
