Order Cancellation Policy with Payment-Specific Fees
Thank you for choosing Qonooz. We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of an order. To streamline this process, we have implemented the following Order Cancellation Policy with payment-specific fees:
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already entered the processing or shipping phase.
2. How to Cancel:
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via Live Chat or by email with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our support team will assist you in processing the cancellation request.
3. Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Orders eligible for cancellation are those that have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
4. Refund Process:
- If the order is canceled within the specified timeframe and is eligible for cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, cancellation fees will apply based on the payment method:
- For Stripe Payments and Noon Payments: a cancellation fee of 4% will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding VAT).
- For Tabby Payments: a cancellation fee of 7% will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding VAT).
5. Orders in Processing:
- Orders that have already entered the processing or shipping phase cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may need to follow our return and refund policy after receiving the order.
